ColorOS 13 features
Oppo launched the Android 13-based ColorOS 13 earlier this year. The ColorOS 13 adopts a new design language and Oppo calls it Aquamorphic Design. This design is said to have taken inspiration from water so the whole UI has blue hues throughout the interface.
Apart from Dynamic Computing Engine, the new UI also gets enhanced security features. The control centre has been overhauled and now houses two large toggles for internet and WiFi. There is a playback control widget that enables users to switch between playback devices and source.
There is also an Alway-on Display (AOD) feature. Under the ‘contextual info,’ users can find the now playing widget, which has been made specifically for Spotify. ColorOS 13 enables users to control playback from the AOD itself.
